The Romanian Executive Agency For Higher Education, Research, Development And Innovation Funding (UEFISCDI) is a public agency under the Ministry of Education. The institution has experience with blockchain and EBSI, as they have already deployed a pre-production EBSI node, and are currently working towards integrating the node with the National Students Enrollment Platform in Romania (RMUR) and onboarding universities for the EBSI diploma use case.
